Endosgel®

Sterile lubricant with physiological conductivity and ancillary disinfectant properties

Endosgel® is a sterile lubricant with ancillary disinfectant properties1 to facilitate the insertion of catheters and instruments into the urethra and bladder, particularly during endourological procedures, electro-coagulation and resection and for intermittent (self-) catheterization. Endosgel® is used in diagnostic investigations of disorders of the urethra and bladder, for instance cystoscopy.

Good conductivity. Clear visibility.

The application form for Endosgel® is a sterile, ready-to-use syringe. It provides for easy handling and ensures direct instillation of the lubricant into the urethra. Endosgel® leaves instrument lenses with a clear view1 and has physiological conductivity1. The positively charged chlorhexidine digluconate has an ancillary disinfectant action by penetrating the cell wall of miroorganisms whereby urinary tract infections can be avoided1.
